MEMBERSHIP

Kilkenny RFC is the leading Provincial Junior Rugby club in Leinster. We aim to be the most inspiring and inclusive community rugby club promoting rugby values, enjoyment and friendship.

Play your part in supporting the current running of Kilkenny RFC and indeed supporting the future growth and development of the club by paying your membership subscription.

We have three senior men's teams, one senior women's teams, 7 youth teams (4 boys teams and 3 girls teams) and mini rugby from U6’s to U12’s. We have a total of almost 600 players registered with the club. All within a friendly environment, offering great networking opportunities, both socially and commercially.

​

We have been very successful on the pitch with our Mens 1st XV being the current holders of the Bank of Ireland Provincial Towns Cup and our womens team also winning the Leinster Division 5 Cup. We have also embarked on an ambitious programme of facility development around our grounds.

Membership Options

Adult Player - €145

Anyone who wishes to play on any of our 3 Adults Mens teams or on our Adult Womens teams

​

Underage Player - €90

Anyone who wishes to play for any of our 7 youth teams or on our mini rugby teams (U6 to U12). Two siblings is €155.

​

Club Member - €90

Any non-player who wishes to become a member and be a part of our club.

​

Coach Member - €55

Anyone member who is actively involved in coaching one of our many teams. *T&C's apply

Distance Member - €30

Anyone wishing to support our club from outside the counties of Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford, Laois, Wexford & Tipperary. *T&C's apply

Family Membership - €210

Family membership is unlimited underage memberships for siblings plus 1 social membership.

How to join

All our memberships are handled through our mobile club app called ClubZap. If anyone has any issue with using this digital platform please email the club at Kilkennyrfcsec@gmail.com or contact a committee member and assistance or a paper version will be provided.

The ClubZap app can be downloaded for free and installed on Android and Apple devices. The app can be downloaded from both the Android and Apple Stores via the links below or directly from our website at clubzap.com/download

Installing the ClubZap app

​

You will be prompted to complete the installation and setup when you launch the app for the first time. The app can be identified on your device via the ClubZap logo.

​

1. Select the install button to begin the process.

2. Search for your club from the list of available clubs or sort based on sport type.

3. You will be asked to confirm the club you selected is correct.

4. Enter your mobile phone number in the mobile sign in screen. Select your country code by clicking the flag if it is different from the default choice. Enter your number and click next.

5. You will receive an sms code to your phone. On some Android devices this is auto populated for you or else manually enter the code and continue.

6. Enter your Full name and Email address and select Sign Up

7. You are now active on the platform and can start using the app.
